Casey's Ice Cream Cart began with curiosity: Where are the push carts in Erie, Pennsylvania? Why isn’t anyone selling ice cream at Presque Isle State Park? One quick feasibility study and a well-timed email later, Casey’s Ice Cream Cart secured Presque Isle’s sole ice cream vending permit for the 2024 season.
In the summer, the cart can typically be found at Presque Isle State Park or outdoors at a community event. Follow us on Facebook or Instagram for regular updates on the cart’s whereabouts!
